Stephanie Roth, Motivational Speaker and TrainerStephanie Roth, also known as The Relationship Maven, is an award-winning author, a popular motivational speaker and trainer, and a relationship coach specializing in communication and connection. Stephanie shows businesses how to initiate and maintain communication among their employees to increase morale and productivity during these turbulent times. She teaches people how to speak up and ask for what they want, how to recognize and honor differences in various personality types, and how to embrace those differences to get the job done.

As a motivational speaker, Stephanie’s presentations are energetic, inspirational, moving, and funny. She always involves the audience and leaves them begging for more. Her relevant and thought-provoking stories make her points crystal clear, and whether she’s talking to women’s groups or corporate executives, she infuses her talks with spirituality and positive thinking.

Her thirty years of business experience includes helping emerging businesses write business plans, writing user manuals and other documents, and working with family-owned businesses to help them develop new business and marketing strategies. She has worked with entrepreneurs and industries including the military, school districts, telecommunications, skiing, HR, and high tech.

Stephanie has a master’s degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Colorado at Denver and a Bachelor of Science in Technical Writing from Carnegie Mellon University. She is a graduate of Coach U, a Certified Radical Honesty™ facilitator, and a certified trainer for Fred Pryor Seminars/CareerTrack. She is the award-winning author and publisher of SEEK: Self-Esteem Enhancement Kit, a self-esteem curriculum for teenagers used by hundreds of schools, detention centers, probation offices, and private practices throughout the US and Canada. Stephanie is co-author of Empowering Vision for Dreamers, Visionaries and Other Entrepreneurs.
